Buying a piece of real estate could be one of the hardest and significant decisions that you will ever make. When you buy a house, for example, you are not just spending a few hundred dollars. If you were, you can afford to be careless and not do your research or consult an expert. You are not going to go broke. Do you like the city you are living in right now? Is there any chance that you might want to get a job in a different city? Do you have a spouse? Does your spouse want to live somewhere else? It is always a good idea to buy a house that you can afford. Sure, it is nice to have a large house with a nice lawn or backyard, but can you afford it without having to sacrifice other aspects of your life too much? They think that they understand what it all means as it is not written in a foreign language. Wrong.
